offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A weak cold front will move
across Georges Bank this evening will pass E of the area early
tonight. Another weak cold front will move slowly E across the
waters tonight through Thu night. High pressure will build E
towards the area Fri and Fri night, then move offshore while
weakening to a ridge Sat and Sat night. The ridge will move E
over the area Sun and Sun night. Low pressure will slowly develop
SE of the waters Fri night through Sun, then move slowly E Sun
night through Mon night as another weak high builds E over the
region.
