New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will build
slowly SE over the waters tonight through Tue before shifting SE
of the waters Tue night. A weak low pressure trough will develop
near the coast of Maine Tue night then slowly move E across the
waters Wed and exit the waters Wed night. A cold front will
approach the coast on Thu, and move SE across the waters Thu
night through Fri night. Then a weak ridge of high pressure will
build over the waters Sat and Sat night.

.TUE...S to SW winds 5 to 15 kt, becoming S 10 to 20 kt. Seas
3 to 4 ft.
