.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A cold front will
continue weakening over the central waters this morning, and will
dissipate across the Oregon waters this afternoon. A weak trough
will move into the region tonight and Tue. High pressure will
build N into the area Tue night into Wed night, then persist
through Thu night before weakening Fri into Fri night. A trough
will extend N along the SW Oregon coast Wed through Fri, then
will weaken Fri night.
