.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure will
persist through Thu night before weakening Fri into Fri night. A
trough will extend N along the SW Oregon coast Wed through Fri,
then it will weaken Fri night. A cold front will move into the NW
portion Fri night, then move SE across the region Sat into Sat
night. High pressure will rebuild over the area Sat night and
weaken Sun as a cold front passes over the waters through Sun
night.
