.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A low pressure trough will
persist near the California coast into Wed night. High pressure
will build to the W and NW of the area through Tue. A weak cold
front will move SE across the N and central waters Tue night and
Wed. High pressure will rebuild to the W of the area Wed and Wed
night, and slowly weaken Thu and Thu night. A cold front will
move across the N and into the central waters Fri and Fri night.
High pressure will build E towards the waters Sat and Sat night.
