.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A cold front will move from N
to S across the northern and central waters today into tonight.
The front will dissipate over the central waters by Saturday
afternoon. A coastal trough will develop along the California
coast Sat and persist through Tue night. Strong high pressure
will build to the W and NW of the waters Sat then drift NE over
the OR/WA waters into Mon night. The high will weaken Tue and a
cold front approaches from the NW Tue night.
