more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...An area of low pressure over the
northern waters will continue drifting E today through Sun while
gradually weakening. A high pressure ridge will build into the N
waters Sat and remain in place through Tue. Another low pressure
area will develop off the Carolina coast Sat night, then meander
over the southern waters through Tue night.
