Scattered to numerous thunderstorms near the trough will produce gusty winds and rough seas tonight into Sat, and mariners should use caution. Otherwise, a cold front will approach the waters from the N tonight, then continue S over the N portion Sat with high pressure building across the region behind the front. The front will weaken as the area of high pressure moves E across the region Sat night, with the high shifting E of the area Sun morning. A weak warm front will drift N from the central waters Sun, with the front reaching the N waters Sun night, and then lifting N of the area Mon. A cold front will move E near the Mid- Atlantic seaboard Mon night, before passing E and SE over the region Tue and Tue night while weakening.
