Damaging winds and hail are the primary hazards, though a tornado cannot be ruled out in extreme southeast Nebraska into Iowa. The combination of recent heavy rainfall will lead to a continued flooding threat with today`s storms. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday The probability for widespread hazardous weather is low. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
