...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN DICKSON...
SOUTHWESTERN MONTGOMERY...SOUTHEASTERN STEWART...HOUSTON AND NORTHERN
HUMPHREYS COUNTIES THROUGH 315 PM CDT...

At 238 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 10 miles southwest of Tennessee Ridge to 13
miles east of Erin. Movement was northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Waverly, Erin, Tennessee Ridge, Vanleer, Cumberland City, Slayden,
Houston County Airport, Palmyra, and Cunningham.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 700 PM CDT for
Middle Tennessee.
