...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL MASSAC...EAST CENTRAL
BALLARD AND CENTRAL MCCRACKEN COUNTIES THROUGH 545 PM CDT...

At 454 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Barkley Regional Airport, or 7 miles west of Lone Oak, moving north
at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Paducah, Metropolis, Lone Oak, Brookport, West Paducah, and Barkley
Regional Airport.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 24 in Kentucky between Mile Markers 1 and 6.
 Interstate 24 in Illinois between Mile Markers 34 and 38.
