...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 715 PM EDT
FOR NORTHEASTERN HARRISON...JEFFERSON...CENTRAL COLUMBIANA...EASTERN
CARROLL AND NORTHEASTERN BELMONT COUNTIES...
At 651 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Carrollton to 13 miles west of Wellsville to 7
miles southwest of Wintersville, moving northeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines, resulting in some
power outages.
Locations impacted include...
Steubenville, Carrollton, Wintersville, Lisbon, Augusta, Salineville,
Hopedale, Smithfield, Adena, Dillonvale, Bergholz, Amsterdam,
Richmond, Mount Pleasant, Hanoverton, Irondale, New Alexandria,
Bloomingdale, Summitville, and Newell.
