.DISCUSSION...A strong upper level system and coupled frontal
passages will continue to produce moderate to heavy rainfall
across portions of the fire weather area through tomorrow morning.
A cold front passage tomorrow will also produce windy conditions
across the Basin, Simcoe Highlands, and adjacent foothills and
valleys, with gusts 45-55mph possible in these areas. Isolated
thunderstorms will also be possible late Monday morning through
the afternoon across the eastern mountains. Breezy winds will
redevelop Tuesday afternoon, with shower activity mainly along the
Cascade crest.
