will increase west sustained winds to 12 to 20 mph through this
morning, with occasional gusts to around 26 mph. Winds will
decrease through the evening and overnight hours tonight.
The upper low passage will also bring shower chances through
the early afternoon, with dry conditions persisting this evening
through Thursday.
