...Scattered thunderstorms could produce locally strong winds and
heavy downpours this afternoon...

Scattered thunderstorms are developing over portions of Delmarva
and interior southern southern New Jersey at this hour. Some of
these storms could produce strong winds up to 50 mph in addition
to heavy downpours leading to the threat of localized flooding.
The threat for storms will continue through this afternoon with
further storm development possible farther north over southeastern
PA.

Scattered storms will quickly diminish early this evening.
