.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN WASHINGTON AND NORTHERN OREGON COAST...
High pressure will slowly build across the northeast Pacific
through Thursday. This will lead to gusty northerly winds and
choppier seas develop Thursday afternoon and evening. Expect
similar conditions Friday before an unusually late season storm
system brings stronger southerly winds to the waters late in the
weekend or early next week.
