.DISCUSSION...Mostly dry conditions are expected after light rain
showers dissipate early this morning. High pressure will build back
into the region, shifting winds to the northwest. A surface trough
is expected to develop Friday night which will support light offshore
flow with gusts around 15 mph through Saturday morning. This will keep
RH recoveries around 70%. Onshore flow returns late Saturday morning.
