At 456 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Leasburg, or 9 miles east of Yanceyville, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Oxford, Roxboro, Butner, Rougemont, Concord, Stem, Stovall, Carr,
Lake Michie and Mayo Reservoir.
