.DISCUSSION...

* Light winds are anticipated in the morning on Thursday underneath
  sunny skies before winds increase a bit and become mostly
  southwesterly by the afternoon hours.

* Cloud cover increases in the area by the late afternoon and evening
  hours on Thursday with a slight chance (~10%) for an isolated
  light shower or two within the region before winds decrease
  going into the night.

* Forecast models currently show chances (10-20%) for afternoon
  and evening showers and thunderstorms beginning on Friday and
  Memorial Day while they have backed off on precipitation chances
  over the holiday weekend.
