.DISCUSSION...
High pressure keeping conditions dry lasting through Wednesday
morning, outside of an isolated shower or thunderstorm in the
mountains this afternoon.
It will also remain unseasonably hot through midweek, with some
lowland locations possibly hitting 90 degrees today and Wednesday.
Chances for showers and thunderstorms will increase Wednesday
afternoon into Wednesday night in advance of the next system. This
system will push a cold front through the area on Thursday,
providing additional showers and thunderstorms along with relief
from the heat. Rain chances then persist across the area through the
end of the week.
