            Several areas in Flatwoods observed downed
            trees and power lines. These included
            Wilburn Street, Crestwood Court, Cumberland
            Avenue, Beth Ann Drive, Mullins Street, and
            Grandview Drive. On Cumberland Avenue, a
            tree fell onto two homes.
