1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Humid conditions maintain areas of fog through the
morning. A weak cold front moves through today before stalling
over the region as high pressure builds back in. The next low
pressure system is then expected to move across the area Monday
night into Tuesday. A stronger low and associated cold front
follow on Wednesday.
