Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A low pressure system drifts north of Lake Superior at
around 29.30 inches through tonight, sending a cold front through
the eastern lakes this evening. High pressure then builds in for
Thursday and Friday before the next warm front lifts north Friday
night.

.TONIGHT...West winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to 15 to 20 knots
late in the evening...then diminishing to 10 to 15 knots after
midnight diminishing to 5 to 10 knots early in the morning. Mostly
clear. Waves 2 feet or less.
.THURSDAY...Southwest winds 5 to 10 knots. Sunny. Waves 2 feet or
less.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...Southwest winds 5 to 10 knots. Clear. Waves 2 feet
or less.
.FRIDAY...Northeast winds 5 to 10 knots veering to the southeast in
the late morning and afternoon. Sunny. Waves 2 feet or less.
.FRIDAY NIGHT...Southeast winds 10 to 15 knots. Partly cloudy with a
chance of showers and thunderstorms in the evening...then mostly
cloudy with light showers likely and a chance of thunderstorms after
midnight. Waves 2 feet or less.
.SATURDAY...South winds 10 to 15 knots veering to the west in the
afternoon and evening. Partly sunny with light showers likely and a
chance of thunderstorms in the morning...then mostly clear in the
afternoon and evening. Waves 2 feet or less.
.SUNDAY...East winds 10 to 15 knots. Partly cloudy. A chance of
showers and thunderstorms. Waves 2 feet or less.
.MONDAY...West winds 10 to 15 knots. Partly cloudy. Showers likely
and a chance of thunderstorms. Waves 2 feet or less.
