Fog and high humidity should remain just below Cameron RAWS site
through Thursday, but with good overnight humidity recovery each night.
A deepening marine layer should eventually reach the site with clouds
and fog by Friday or Saturday. Weak sea breezes each afternoon and
early evening. Cooler and a little breezier Friday and Saturday.
