...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Texas...

  Neches River At Rockland affecting Angelina, Jasper, Tyler and
  Polk Counties.

  Neches River Near Alto affecting Anderson, Cherokee, Trinity and
  Houston Counties.

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas...

  Neches River Near Diboll affecting Houston, Tyler, Trinity,
  Angelina and Polk Counties.

For the Neches River...including Alto, Diboll, Rockland...Minor
flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL EARLY FRIDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Neches River at Rockland.

* WHEN...Until early Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 28.0 feet, Water will begin to flood several
  secondary roadways especially in the Fox Landing community.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 27.1 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 28.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:00 AM CDT Tuesday was 28.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    Thursday morning and continue falling to 22.3 feet Sunday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    27.1 feet on 06/29/1993.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Neches River near Alto.

* WHEN...Until late Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Boat ramps and picnic areas near the river
  will begin to flood. Ranchers should move cattle and equipment
  near the river to higher ground.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:15 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 16.9 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:15 AM CDT Tuesday was 17.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late tomorrow evening and continue falling to 13.0 feet
    Sunday morning.
  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    16.8 feet on 12/21/2018.

* WHERE...Neches River near Diboll.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding of boat ramps,
  paths, and trails.  Move livestock and equipment to higher ground.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:15 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 14.2 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:15 AM CDT Tuesday was 14.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 12.8 feet Sunday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    14.2 feet on 02/26/1960.
