...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN CADDO AND WEST
CENTRAL BOSSIER PARISHES THROUGH 715 PM CDT...

At 632 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Mooringsport to near Blanchard. Movement
was northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Shreveport, Vivian, Blanchard, Benton, Oil City, Mooringsport,
Hosston, Belcher, Gilliam, Dixie, Caddo Lake, and Cavett.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for
northwestern Louisiana...and northeastern Texas.
