...FLOOD ADVISORY IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Advisory is cancelled for a portion of Puerto Rico,
including the following areas, Aguada, Aguadilla, Anasco, Camuy,
Isabela, Moca, Quebradillas, Rincon and San Sebastian.

Flood waters have receded. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no
longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed to
remaining road closures, remain alert to ponded water on roads and
allow time for rivers and streams to return to normal levels during
the next few hours.
