Plan to stop all outdoor activity and move to shelters if thunder is heard. .Excessive Rainfall...Flooding of urban areas, roads, small streams, and washes. Isolated flash floods possible. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday A deep layered trough moving across the Caribbean Basin will cause conditions to deteriorate with heavy showers and thunderstorms across most of the area through into the weekend. Flooding remains the greatest threat throughout this time. Thunderstorms capable of producing strong winds, heavy downpours, and frequent lightning remain very possible during into the weekend. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
