Residual swell could lead to a borderline high risk of rip currents at Bay and Walton county beaches this afternoon with surf heights around 2 feet. Elsewhere, surf heights will be around 1 to 2 feet. East winds around 10 mph are expected. For the rest of the week, rip current risk will reduce as light surface winds develop. No rain is expected until this weekend at the earliest and even then chances remain very low.
