...Patchy Fog Across Parts of Northeast Kansas...

Some patchy is being reported over parts of northeast Kansas. The
fog can reduce visibilities to less than a half mile at times. The
fog is forecast to lift by 9 am this morning. Motorists are
advised to slow down and drive with their low beam headlights.
