showers and thunderstorms, some with heavy rain mostly in Delaware
county in Oklahoma and Carroll county in Arkansas. Movement was
slowly to the east at 5 to 10 mph. The average amount where it
rained last hour was one tenth to one quarter of an inch with
maximum amounts of two to two and a half inches. Intensity increased
during the last hour. The Tulsa area forecast for late this
afternoon and early this evening, partly cloudy, a chance of showers
and thunderstorms with temperatures 75 to 80 degrees and southeast
winds 5 to 10 mph.
