The precipitation was in the Tulsa and Fort Smith areas. Movement was slowly to the northeast at 5 to 10 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was less than one tenth of an inch with maximum amounts of one tenth to one quarter of an inch. Coverage, and intensity increased during the last hour.
