and thunderstorms, some with heavy rain mainly west of a Miami to
Muskogee line. Movement was slowly to the northeast at 5 to 10 mph.
The average amount where it rained last hour was less than one tenth
of an inch with maximum amounts of an inch and a half to two inches.
Coverage decreased and intensity increased during the last hour. The
Tulsa area forecast for late this afternoon, partly sunny, a chance
of showers and thunderstorms with temperatures 77 to 82 degrees and
southeast winds 5 to 10 mph.
