showers, some with heavy rain generally in northwest Arkansas.
Movement was to the east at around 30 mph. The average amount where
it rained last hour was around one quarter of an inch with maximum
amounts of an inch to an inch and a half. Coverage and intensity
decreased during the last hour. The Tulsa area forecast for
overnight, partly cloudy, temperatures 65 to 74 degrees with north
winds up to 5 mph.
