At 642 PM, National Weather Service radar detected isolated showers
and thunderstorms, some with heavy rain west of a Eufaula to Hugo
line. They were most widespread and heaviest in Pittsburg and
Delaware counties in Oklahoma and was more widespread in
southcentral Oklahoma. Movement was to the east at around 30 mph.
The average amount where it rained last hour was around one quarter
of an inch with maximum amounts of three quarters to around an inch.
Coverage and intensity decreased during the last hour. The Tulsa
area forecast for early this evening, partly cloudy then becoming
mostly cloudy, temperatures 76 to 86 decreasing to 73 to 75 degrees
with north winds up to 10 mph.
