Isolated thunderstorms may develop by late this afternoon across the higher terrain of northwest Arkansas. Severe weather is not expected. Heat index values near or above 100 degrees will be common this afternoon across much of southeast Oklahoma. SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACTION STATEMENT...
