Afternoon high temperatures will be in the mid 80s to lower 90s. The minimum relative humidity will generally range from 18 to 28 percent, although readings below 15 percent are possible over the far southwestern corner of South Dakota. Southerly winds will gust to 25 to 35 mph. On Thursday, the grassland fire danger index is expected to range from the high to very high categories.
