.DISCUSSION...Dry conditions will persist through the end of the
week with no chances for wetting rains continuing into next week.
Winds will pick up over the weekend as a system digs along the
West Coast and moves through the area. Minimum relative humidity
values will bottom out in the single digits each afternoon. The
exception to this being the higher elevations of the Spring
Mountains and Eastern Sierra Slopes.
