  Laguna Madre From the Port Of Brownsville to the Arroyo Colorado...

* Until 345 AM CDT.

* At 309 AM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 15 nm northwest of Port Isabel to 6 nm south of
  Laguna Vista to 11 nm southwest of Boca Chica Beach, moving east at
  30 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  South Padre Island, Queen Isabella Causeway, Laguna Vista, and Port
  Isabel.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
