This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northeast
Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and Tonight

Rain will move out of the area today, leaving lingering areal
flooding and elevated river and creek levels today. Scattered
showers and thunderstorms are expected to develop once again this
afternoon and evening. Severe storms are not expected.

Strong westerly winds are expected, especially around Lake
Superior, where a Wind Advisory is in effect.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Thunderstorm chances return to the area Thursday afternoon and
night into Friday. A few strong to severe storms are possible
Thursday afternoon and evening, mainly over central Minnesota.

Reports of flooding from spotters and the public are requested.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Lake Superior
and the Nearshore waters of western Lake Superior.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and Tonight

Southwesterly gales are expected today, with a Gale Warning in
effect for most of the nearshore waters of western Lake Superior.
Winds will diminish later this afternoon and tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Northeast winds increase Thursday night, and continuing into
Friday. The winds will back into the northwest Friday night and
then into the southwest by Saturday before diminishing and
allowing conditions to improve.
