293 FNUS52 KFFC 020712 FWFFFC Fire Weather Planning Forecast for North and Central Georgia National Weather Service Peachtree City GA 312 AM EDT Sun Jun 2 2024 .DISCUSSION... Isolated to scattered showers, as well as isolated thunderstorms, are expected across north and central Georgia today. 20-foot winds will be SSE to SSW at 5-10 kts. Gusty, erratic wind gusts will be possible in thunderstorms. Minimum RH will be 55% or greater across much of the forecast area. The exception will be portions of east-central Georgia, where minimum RH will range from 45% to 50%. Isolated showers and thunderstorms are expected on Monday across portions of the forecast area. 20-foot winds will be light (generally 5 mph or less) out of the SW to W. Minimum RH will generally range from 45% to 65%. Total rainfall over the course of today and Monday will range from 0.10" to 0.30" with the greater totals generally expected along and north of I-20.
