* WHERE...Mogollon Rim, Kaibab Plateau, Grand Canyon, Coconino
  Plateau, and Yavapai County Mountains.

* WHEN...From 8 AM MST /9 AM MDT/ this morning to 7 PM MST /8 PM
  MDT/ this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could snap resulting in a few power outages. Travel will be
  difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
