Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves...along with the occasional height of the average highest 10 percent of the waves. A frontal boundary will continue pushing off the coast overnight. North winds will increase to around 20 knots toward morning then gradually diminish Thursday afternoon. Hurricane Helene is expected to make landfall on the Florida coastline late Thursday.
