  Concordia Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* IMPACTS...At 48.0 feet, Carthage Point Road becomes impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 46.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage late Sunday
    morning to 48.5 feet Sunday evening.
  - Flood stage is 48.0 feet.
