Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...A strengthening low pressure system will reach western Lake Superior around 29.10 inches this morning. This system will force a cold front through the eastern lakes this afternoon and evening. High pressure then builds in for Thursday and Friday.
