...FLOOD ADVISORY IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Advisory is cancelled for a portion of the Panhandle of
Texas, including the following areas, Briscoe, Childress and Hall.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to
heed remaining road closures.

...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1030 AM CDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of northwest Texas, including the following
  counties, Cottle and Motley.

* WHEN...Until 1030 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 951 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
    have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over
    the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Paducah, Matador, Cee Vee and Flomot.
