.SYNOPSIS FOR THE TIDAL POTOMAC AND MD PORTION OF THE CHESAPEAKE BAY...

A strong cold front will slowly approach the waters today, then drop
 to the south tonight. The front will return north of the waters as
a  warm front Friday and remain nearby through the weekend. Another
strong frontal system reaches the area by Monday.
