The National Weather Service in Sterling Virginia has issued a

* Special Marine Warning for...
  Chesapeake Bay from Drum Point MD to Smith Point VA...
  Tangier Sound and the inland waters surrounding Bloodsworth
  Island...
  Tidal Potomac from Cobb Island MD to Smith Point VA...

* Until 615 PM EDT.

* At 412 PM EDT, gust fronts were located along a line extending from
  near Broomes Island to Coltons Point to near Westmoreland State
  Park, moving east at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Boaters in small craft could be thrown overboard by
           suddenly higher winds and waves capsizing their vessel.

  Coles Point around 420 PM EDT.
  Piney Point and Tall Timbers around 430 PM EDT.
  Saint George Island around 445 PM EDT.
  The Targets and Hooper Island Light around 450 PM EDT.
  Point No Point and Richland Point Buoy around 455 PM EDT.
  Honga River around 500 PM EDT.
  Point Lookout around 505 PM EDT.
  Deep Hole around 510 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by gust fronts include Point Lookout.
