* At 242 PM CDT, a wall of dust was along a line extending from 13
  miles northwest of Andrews to 6 miles northwest of Midland to
  Garden City, moving southwest at 15 mph.

  HAZARD...Less than one mile visibility with strong wind in excess
           of 40 mph.

  SOURCE...Doppler radar.

  IMPACT...Hazardous travel.

* This includes Interstate 20 between mile markers 106 and 150.

International Air and Space Port, West Odessa, Cotton Flat, Florey,
Midkiff, Warfield, Midland Airpark, Skywest Airport, Odessa
Schlemeyer Field, Frankel City, Saint Lawrence, Spraberry, and
Andrews County Airport.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Blowing dust brings reduced visibility, leading to dangerous driving
conditions. If driving, avoid blowing dust if possible. If caught in
dense blowing dust, pull off the road, turn off your lights and keep
your foot off the brake.
