...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL MARSHALL...SOUTHWESTERN
TIPPAH AND BENTON COUNTIES THROUGH 230 AM CDT...

At 202 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Holly Springs, moving east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Holly Springs, Wall Doxey State Park, Lamar, Blue Mountain, Snow Lake
Shores, Mt Pleasant, Gravestown, Red Banks, Slayden, Marianna,
Hickory Flat, Ashland, Potts Camp, Waterford, Spring Hill, Higdon,
Gilton, Lake Center, Whitten Town, and Galena.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 400 AM CDT for northeastern
and northwestern Mississippi...and west Tennessee. A Tornado Watch
also remains in effect until 800 AM CDT for northeastern Mississippi.
